Idumet is an independent accessibility technology project founded and led by Hilary Asogwa. Frank is its first product—and its first proof that capable AI can be shaped into practical, personal access.

Everyday independence can be interrupted by information that is visible but unreadable, a place that is unfamiliar, a detail that is hard to retrieve or an interface that assumes sight. Idumet exists to reduce that friction.
Frank began with one clear commitment: build well for blind and low-vision people. That focus is how Idumet learns what dependable, dignified assistance actually requires.
The longer ambition is an adaptable accessibility platform, but not one generic mode that claims to serve everyone. Each new community and problem must be researched, co-designed and measured on its own terms.
Frank's product direction, code, architecture, designs and development history are owned and led by Hilary Asogwa through Idumet.

Idumet intends to work with Chivora on Frank's scalable data foundation, including security, consistency, governance and retrieval. That relationship is a planned direction and remains subject to formal roles, contracts and implementation.
Idumet retains the product direction and responsibility for the promise made to users. Personal data is handled subject to user rights and applicable law; it is not an asset that can simply be claimed as company property.
