Who is responsible
Hilary Asogwa, operating Idumet, is responsible for personal information collected through this website and the initial testing process. Contact hello@idumet.com with a privacy question.
This website
The testing form prepares an email in your own email application; the website does not store its contents. If you send it, Idumet receives your name, email address, optional Android device details and anything you choose to write so that Hilary can reply and assess whether the current test is suitable.
Information Frank may process during testing
Depending on the feature you choose to use, the Android prototype may process voice, an optional current camera image, optional approximate or precise location, user-provided memories and technical diagnostics. Camera and location permissions are optional. Raw location history is not collected as a default product record.
Purpose and control
Information should be limited to providing the requested feature, keeping the service reliable, supporting the test and meeting safety or security needs. Conversation history and deliberately saved memory are different things and should have separately explained review, correction and deletion controls.
Raw audio and images
The product direction is for audio and images to be processed transiently by default rather than becoming permanent records. Any necessary temporary storage, retention or evaluation use must be explained to testers before it applies.
Security and partners
Testing data is encrypted in transit. Idumet intends to work with Chivora on a secure, scalable product-data foundation, but Chivora is not described as processing Frank data until the arrangement and operational responsibilities are formally established.
Your choices
You can ask what enquiry information Idumet holds about you, request a correction, withdraw from contact or ask for deletion by emailing hello@idumet.com. Testers receive the controls and limits relevant to the build they are offered.
What not to send initially
Please do not include diagnoses, medical records, identification documents, passwords or other sensitive information in an initial testing enquiry.
Last updated: September 2026. This notice will be revised as Frank's identity, storage, partner and testing arrangements develop.
